 The idea or mental picture you're aiming to generate is given good energy through repetition regularly with strong emotions and intent until it becomes actual.

 The ideas of metaphysics are beginning to appear in science. Utilizing one's imagination to conjure up a mental image of the reality you want to affect, or "create," is known as creative visualization. 

The ability to envision is defined as having a concept or mental image of exactly what it is that you actually want. The idea or mental picture you're aiming to generate is given good energy through repetition regularly with strong emotions and intent until it becomes actual.

The notion that our physical universe is made of energy rather than matter, as has long been understood by such enlightened people, is beginning to be supported by science. The prana force is the fundamental component of this energy. 

Your entire body and outlook on life will be greatly revitalized as a result of imagining prana energy coming through your nose and flowing throughout your body. You visualize something almost every minute of the day, thus the idea of visualization is not new, unique, or unusual.

The goal is to think about the things you want to happen, not as some far-off ideal, but as if they are happening right now, in your day-to-day existence. Program and rewire your brain to believe that what you want is real and is happening. Play the part as a real-life actor would, with all the emotions and gestures making it as realistic as you can as if you are viewing your own self-made video. 

You need to create the most distinct and vivid mental image you can. You will develop the ability to conjure up the desired mental image and feel the event as though it is already genuine and taking place through practice.

The aim is to imagine the things you want to happen as though they are already taking place in your day-to-day life, rather than as some distant ideal. Your brain can be trained to accept that what you want is happening and genuine. 

Act as though you are seeing a video that you made yourself, giving it as much authenticity as you can with all the emotions and actions. You need to conjure up the clearest, most vivid mental picture you can.

 Through practice, you will learn to create the desired mental image and feel the event as though it is already real and happening.
